Hi, it’s me again: Tom. Today’s post is about sports and why it’s important to stay fit, not only as a racing driver. Of course, I also have some cool sports and exercise tips for you!

As a test driver at Porsche, it’s super important for me to be in great shape! Because it’s not just my car that has to perform at its best, but me too. The most important things are endurance, strength and coordination. But relaxation and stretching should not be forgotten either!

Even if you are not a racing driver, you should exercise regularly. The best place is outside in the fresh air, because this also strengthens your immune system. It ‘protects’ your body from things that can be harmful to you, e.g. bacteria and viruses.

There are so many great sports and exercise options, why not try something new this summer? For example, do you know the game of Viking Chess? Or have you played table tennis this year? Maybe there’s a cool cycling route near you that you can explore with family and friends.
