Hi you! Today is already the last day of 2021. We have experienced a lot. And you were with us! We’ll tell you here what New Year’s Eve is all about and how this day is celebrated in other countries. And we also have a few tips for turbo-powerful congratulations. Curious?
On New Year’s Eve, we celebrate the end of the old year and the beginning of the new one. There are different traditions all over the world. In Spain, for example, people eat 12 grapes at midnight. This is supposed to bring good luck. We always play wax pouring together. What do you do with your family?
In many countries, people shoot fireworks into the sky at midnight. But why do they do that? The lights are supposed to bring good luck and the noise drives away evil spirits. Because of Corona, fireworks are banned again here in Germany this year. But I’m sure you have an idea how you can welcome the new year in the same way.
Of course, New Year’s Eve also includes good luck wishes. We always wish us a turbo-powerful new year. Can you think of a cool quote? Tina gives me a different lucky pig every year – painted, baked or crafted. I think that’s great. Your loved ones will certainly be happy to receive a greeting!
