Hey, did you know that a new Porsche is tested for a long time before it goes into series production? That happens in various test rigs. But every Porsche is also tested on a real race track. And that’s what test drivers like me are for. But what does a test driver do?

Many test drivers work in development. They accompany a new Porsche from the very beginning. And they test it on the race track and other test tracks. I drive a new Porsche and tell the researchers what I noticed. Here I often work together with my BFF Tina Turbo.

Test drivers are therefore also called ‘translators’. They work together with the developers and researchers. They tell them what the car does when they drive it and how it feels. Then they think together about what can be done even better. You can tell it’s real teamwork! I like that.

As a test driver, you are part of the development department and have the opportunity to turn your passion into a career. Do you know the Porsche development centre in Weissach? I show all my skills at car races. Driving a Porsche race car really fast is my passion.
